Pages of Promise Reading Program Notice
Welcome to the Pages of Promise reading log! This form is for students who are currently enrolled in the Pages of Promise Youth Literacy Program. A parent or guardian should submit each entry using the student’s assigned ID.
Our staff reviews all entries to support accurate records and program participation. Submitting reading hours does not automatically qualify a student for STEM field trips. To be considered, students must consistently participate in the reading program, complete regular check-ins, and log their reading hours.
This page is not a public registration form, and access to the reading log does not constitute enrollment in the program.
